Changing or cancelling an order
We apologise that in most instances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please quote your order number and order date. If your order has already left our warehouse for delivery to you, then you'll need to follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
Refunds, exchanges & faulty products
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, simply return the product to us within 14 days (not be worn, altered or washed). We'll exchange or refund the order to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. If an item is damaged or defective, then we will either refund you for the value of the item, or send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please keep any faulty items and return it back to us.
Items must be returned in its original condition. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Lordess London.
